By using NovaFitLab, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our AI Trainer & Nutritionist app, including subscriptions, payments, rewards, and content. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• 7-day free trial; then subscription (monthly or other plans). Non-payment may pause access.
• Payments are processed securely via PhonePe. Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) may apply.
• FitCoins are promotional rewards — non-cash, non-convertible, and non-transferable.
• Acceptable use only: no scraping, reverse engineering, or circumvention of paywalls.
• AI outputs may be inaccurate — verify critical health/fitness info independently.

Subscriptions & Billing

After the free trial, continued access requires an active subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.

Acceptable Use

You may only use NovaFitLab for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Abuse or harass other users or staff.
• Attempt to bypass security features or copy our proprietary data/models.
• Exploit the rewards program in ways not intended (fraud, automation, etc.).

Medical Disclaimer

NovaFitLab provides fitness and nutrition guidance, but it does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified health provider before making decisions about your health or diet.

Liability

Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaFitLab disclaims all warranties. Liability, if any, is limited to the total fees you paid in the 12 months prior to a claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version with a new “Effective date”. Material changes may also be notified via the app or email.
